When you ask for updates

We store your email address, selected platform, the consent text and version, request and confirmation dates, and any nonpersonal campaign labels attached to the signup. We send a confirmation before subscribing you to updates. We do not add you to a marketing list because you tested the game.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. This stops future updates, removes your address from the active list and keeps a hashed suppression record to honor your choice. A new subscription requires a new confirmation. For access, correction or deletion requests, email support@das.media.

Website measurement

With your optional analytics consent, we count landing-page visits and nonpersonal campaign labels. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site identifiers or fingerprinting. We store your analytics choice in this browser. Withdrawing consent stops future visit events. Confirmed signup counts are recorded to operate and understand the requested email service.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare hosts this website and its database. Resend delivers requested confirmation emails and any separately authorized updates. These providers process information to operate their services, including necessary network and security logs. The website uses short-lived hashed network identifiers for rate limiting, rather than storing raw IP addresses in its application database. Email addresses and confirmation links are excluded from marketing event records.

Retention

Unconfirmed signup records expire after seven days. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. We keep active subscriptions until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Application event and audit records are removed after 90 days; application rate-limit records expire after two days. Hosting and email providers may retain separate security and delivery logs according to their terms. Encrypted confirmation-delivery payloads are erased after delivery or expiry.

Game audio and optional Voice Control

This website does not record or upload microphone audio. Optional paid Voice Control is in development. Its planned service sends a voice recording and relevant game context to processing providers for transcription and interpretation, followed by command validation. That service is not available for purchase here. Its final provider, retention, consent and deletion details will be disclosed before it is offered. Bundled controller and pilot readback audio is separate from player microphone input.

Children

Email updates are intended for adults. Please do not submit a child’s email address. Contact us if information was submitted in error.
